Had an oil change recently done by them. At first, I suspected nothing owing to previous good experiences with them for the same service. Then I began seeing fluid leaks over the course of the week after. I eventually traced it back to the oil pan, and assumed that the drain plug was merely not installed properly. The issue was worse than that. The technician applied adhesive to hold the drain plug in place because the threading had been stripped out in the oil pan itself. Refused to do a tire change with a fake excuse that they can't lift it. Call Gilbert & Germaine Walmart said they can do that and they are lieing and that we are the fith person to call asking if they can lift a car/van up

About five days ago I took my sister car in for a simple oil change I thought everything was fine, until day ago my sister car started to shake and turned off in the middle of an intersection lucky she was able to pull into a near by Business. When I went to check the car out turned out it had no oil, so I bought oil took it home and put the car on jacks stands when inspecting the under belly I noticed they had put the wrong oil filter and the filter was not properly screwed on.
