Showed up at 8am and bought 4 new tires. They told me they was no wait and I would be in and out. 30 minutes later, I'm browsing the store and they call me to ask if I wanted to replace 2 "defective" TPMS units. I politely declined because they were working fine last week. They then called me again and told me they couldn't work on my car because the lug nuts had swollen and they couldn't get them off. Great fast tire change with new TPMS sensor(made appointment).
ZERO STARS Made the earliest appt at 730 am. 1st oil change of the day to be told I might wait until about 9 because 3 tire appts are before me. Clearly more important as they line up at 7am. Heard the story about someone called out so 2 people are in tires and no one in oil. Also told the shop Mgr would be in at 7am and start on the 5 cars waiting. Its 750 no Mgr. This is the second time the 1st time was 830am appt big mistake. i thought if I made the very 1st 730am I wouldn't be waiting 1.5 hrs. This is a very very poorly ... read more
