Stellar customer service. Aric at this location got me out of a pinch when I was in a tight spot in needing to change a tire and found a way to squeeze me in. Really appreciate him! 10/10
I will never get another oil change at any Walmart ever again. It took an employee over 20 minutes to even acknowledge me. I'm watching people come and go. I noticed an employee; Harrison, greet them, all, while, I sat there and was overlooked over and over and over. I see employees talk to each other and yet I'm sitting in the heat and no one seemed interested in why I was even there. Yesterday I changed oil here but unfortunately You did not tighten the screws. That's why the cover broke
Maybe add a computer the customer can check in at. Had to wait 30 mins to get some one to check in. Not complaining, I believe the process could be easier and faster. Thank you
I have used this location for an oil change twice now and both times I had a good experience. Gentleman that checked me in for the service was patient, friendly and informative. The oil change and tire rotation was a reasonable price, $54 for oil change and $15 for tire rotation. The services took about an hr to an hour and half. I would recommend this place.
