Waited an hour to get to talk to somebody just to get told they don’t have any tire patches. What’s the point of having road hazard warranty if you don’t even stock tire patches. So unprofessional and slow.
My tire has a bolt and it's not repairable I have Walmart warranty on my tires. Auto service employee William is phenomenal he is helping me in this emergency situation very direct and very kind. I am grateful for him. Walmart he is an asset to your company.
This location has turned me away 5 times in a row for simple jobs like oil changes and tire service. I was even told that they wouldn't change my oil because they didn't have the tools necessary. At this point, it seems like they're determined not to work on my car, so I'll oblige them and go elsewhere. Whether I'm being lied to or there are systemic issues keeping them from accepting work, I hope that the issues are resolved and they can begin honoring warranties.
They fixed my moms tire that had a nail in it for $18. $18 Dollars! How awesome is that? That is a very friendly neighborhood service. Most leave negative reviews because they may have had a bad experience. Sadly many who had good experiences like my mom never leave a positive review. Thank You Walmart that was very kind of you!
