Unfortunately, I cannot reccomend this Walmart Auto Care Center for a tire service. I booked an appointment for new tires and checked in on time with an associate. While checking in, I asked if the tired could be rotated but denied the service afterwards as I had planned to work on my brakes later that afternoon. Later that afternoon, I struggled greatly to remove the lug nuts as they were tighted to 140ft/lbs or greater. Not terrible
Called auto center number a dozen times in 2 days, not a single answer. I even tried the main number a few times. A message comes on that they are experiencing high call volumes and to try back another time then hangs up. Cannot schedule services online or through the app either. Same error for 2 days. Recommend people take complaints to bbb.
*DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED/OIL CHANGE HERE!!* Back in the end of September, Beginning of October, I took my car (which I am still making payments for) here to get it a oil change. This was a lil before monsoons started to hit mesa extremely hard. Around October 11th my car started to act very funny on my way to work and this was a few days after my oil change. Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and when I got to the store, the whole area of parking lot for the auto center was roped off. Called and no answer on phone, just rings and rings. I understand needing to close for construction or parking lot repair, but not giving any notice to customers is wild. I had to schedule my day around this oil change, now I have to do it all again because of this.
