I want to rate them higher because sometimes they're good but you can't ask for anything complicated because they can mess up your car. Today I asked for an extra half a quart with my oil so I had shown them the back up quart I had with me and I left it on the passenger. I didn't really want them to use it but I figured they'll probably forget and add it anyaways and thats okay as long as they let me know. Have been waiting for 3 hours for an oil change. I asked for an update on why it's taking so long and was told it was in the bay and it would take 45 minutes but have been here for hours now.
Sent my son up to get an oil change. Car had no leak and now all a sudden it does. This is not the first time I had this issue but the other car I was not sure if it had a leak or not. So I could not blame them. I’m positive this car had no oil leak and now it does..
Waited 2 hours just for them to say they don’t have my oil. They proceeded to say they didn’t drain my oil but I’m sure they pulled a dumb move like that. Idiots, my car is leaking as a drive to an actual spot that could help.who hires these men
