Horrible Service. Techs are not well trained, avoid this place at all cause. Didn’t wanted to do this place originally because of the bad reviews but hat too last minute because the other Walmart cancelled my appointment last minute. Big mistake. Ended up with three of my rims scratched and pieces of paint “chipped” off. Lesson learned .
When you go to Walmart Tires Department, one of their supervisors, ALBERT, is an angel. He is the best thing that happened to Walmart Tires Store in Newhall, California. He listens and he makes sure you are satisfied. All the other employees should have ALBERT train them. A great place to change your tires if ALBERT is on duty.
Stay away from this incompetent walmart, i bought 2 sets of new Douglas tires, on that very day it got heated and busted on the free way living the tire with multiple holes, i immediately drove back to walmart and explained what had happened, i talked to a guy called joena and he was the one who worked on me that very morning , and checked the tire and aggred to give me a replacement and said i will only pay for installation fee they will Horner the warranty and then told me it's already 6.00pm we can't do overtime comeback ... read more
