Worst service. Stay away! Staff is very rude. It takes them 1 hour and 55 minutes for a 20 minutes oil change! Don't go the there
I’ve taken my vehicles here for various services. Every time the staff is professional , courteous, and very helpful. Today I needed a new tire. I received updates throughout my time there and they answered any questions that I had.
Made me wait a whole hour just to tell me they can’t look at my car even though they told me I was next when I walked in??
My sons appointment was for 10:30am and they took another car ahead of his. They were not finished until 12:20! For an oil change that was scheduled for 10:30a. That's unacceptable...and this is the 2nd time this happened. We assumed it was just a busy day the 1st time we waited 2 hrs, but this seems to be the norm here. We will NEVER bring out cars back here for an oil change.
Explane me one thing. Why should I schedule an appointment three days in advance, come 15 minutes before scheduled time and then wait almost two hours after scheduled time while the service get started? sit for 2 hours waiting for my car and finally hear the answer that they could not remove the wheels from my car and cannot do a simple tire rotation. and get advice that I should go to belle tire to have the bolts loosened and then return to walmart for their service
