Was there today for a oil change, and top off fluids. Took roughly a hour which was absolutely acceptable as I showed up a hour early for my appt. The older gentleman who helped me at the end was very personable even on a Saturday evening.. I absolutely will be back and would recommend.
This was my first time going to this location to get my oil changed... Tyler was very kind & answered all my questions. EDIT: The windshield wiper fluid they put in my car, froze! Do yall not know we live in MI?!? THEN when I called to tell them & ask them what they could do for me, the worker got an attitude like it was my fault I will NOT be back.
This was my first time going to this location to get my oil changed and I am very happy with the service I received. Tyler was very kind & answered all my questions. He took the time to explain things in a way I could understand (LOL) & made sure I felt at ease before I left, even when it was closing time & I was the last customer. Thank you Tyler, for your excellent customer service!! I will definitely be back!
Worst customer service ever. Waited 3 hrs for a 10min flat tire repair and still didn't get my car worked on. They just left me in the waiting area. No one said anything, employees were in the garage casually talking and joking around. Do not bring your car here
