Don’t trust these people with your vehicle. I took my car for an oil change months before today. Once it was done, I drove off and kept getting an alert that my hood was open. I tried to close it but it would not latch completely or open all the way. It was stuck. I tried to use my hood latch that was inside my car and that’s when I noticed a cord sticking out of the handle (which should be inside/behind the handle). Update: I wish i can put 0 STARS!!!! I said I wouldn't come here again, but here I am again this morning for a 7:30amappt Monday morning. Arrived at 7:06, waited outside until after I called Walmart @ 7:25 asking why doors are still locked with no one in sight. Someone came and opened the door. Lady proceeded to tell me they had a call off and is unable to assist me, left me standing by a desk with no help. She comes back 15 mins later telling me that there's nothing she can do. I wish I could give 0 starts, Mathew at the front is so rude and very unprofessional, I go up there to ask if they can change a tire on my car, and this rude employee named “Mathew” walks up to me and doesn’t greet or anything just says “ oh I’m not doing that if you don’t have an appointment” like at least greet me first, tell me to please make an appointment before coming, tell me there’s a wait if I don’t have an appointment, so rude I don’t even know who trained him like that !
