They deserve 0 stars, management same as workers, not helpful, the only reason I came here, good price on tires, but the overall service, garbage.... they told me can't take lug nuts off (using a battery powered drill, of course). I had to loosen up the lugnuts myself. Better pay more and GO SOMEWERE ELSE.
Don't use this auto center for an oil change. I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change. I had my car there early. One car was in the bay. No cars were waiting in the parking lot. I checked in and went shopping. An hour later, I was done shopping, went to check on my car. It hadn't been pulled in yet. I asked why. They said too many people made their appointments at 1:30. There wasn't anyone else there when I pulled in at 1:15. Then they told me that they didn't have my brand of oil. That did it. I canceled and went som... read more
