My young son and I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment yesterday. Jacob greeted me with a smile. He also allowed service of my vehicle 15 minutes later, in approximately 40 minutes my car was ready . The entire crew there is pleasant and goes above and beyond to ensure efficiency and quality towards your vehicle! I 1000% recommend. I will return because of the exceptional services they offer at this Auto Car Care Center.
Holy cow are these workers incompetent, don’t make an appointment, don’t show up, don’t do anything, they will take forever give you an attitude, and when you pay online they will still try to charge you and WITHHOLD your key from you, taking hours of your time out of your day, the men working in the yard and incompetent like they were ex drug addicts, and they just stand there making you wait while they take their sweet time because they are paid by the hour.
