Originally I was happy with my experience here, but that was when I originally got 4 tires installed. I purchased a package that included lifetime rotation and balance along with road-hazard coverage. The second time I had my tires rotated and balanced it started to shake once you get up to speed. I went back and was told I needed an appointment before they could help me. I pulled up to the tire center and was turned away for not having an appointment. So on Wednesday July 8th I scheduled the next available appointment for Saturday July 11th. I called around 2pm on Saturday to confirm the appointment and was told and I quote "You gonna have to reschedule dat. Ain't nobody available to replace no tires, we close at 4pm" the site shows open until 7pm for tire center.
This was 5 stars on my behalf years ago, now I'm calling & when they finally answer, I'm just put on hold & after 5 mins waiting, just hung up on. I'll take my car to Valvoline or Pep Boys. Dunno why I'm trying to save a few bucks at a place where the techs are too lazy & incompetent to speak with customers, lol. No thank you. I'll keep 2 stars for the 5 star service years prior, but I clearly shouldn't give more than 1. yuck
Never open!! Show hour and half before they close sorry we r closed. Had a flat need a tire sorry slammed the door.
