Ordered 4 new tires on Walmart.com and had them shipped to the store & scheduled to be installed. Service advisor that checked me in was very polite and welcoming. She informed me that while the tires I ordered would fit my SUV, they couldn’t install because the size was different (R55 vs. R60 on vehicle). They helped facilitate return and found some in stock tires to install. Mildly annoying as the website said the tires would fit and let me make an appointment, but they handled everything just fine.
Ordered tires and set up appointment to put Saturday. Saturday morning they canceled because they only have 3 tires. Called they really don't know we're it is or when it will come in. Everyone there is lost and don't have a clue. Never again!
I always use Walmart Lancaster for my Lube and Tires. They are typically quick and efficient. Have always been there to help me when I'm in a pinch. I have had some hiccups with them here and there but they are typically quick to remedy the situation.
Horroble and incompetent service. Had an appointment made by a live person the day before. Was text a confirmation number. They couldn’t find even tho I showed the text and the call record. Stay away!!!! Pay a few extra bucks for competency.
Order # 2000127-41117456 I ordered tires on February 10th. The appointment that was recommended was delayed because the tires didn't show up when they were supposed to. On February 13th, the tires were delivered there and not received into their system. I was not updated for a new appointment. After a few weeks went by, I contacted customer support and found out that the tires were delivered on February 13th and they gave me the phone number for the auto care center.
