Had a flat on our trailer, pulled in and they said it would be a good minute before they’d get to us. So we sat and waited. It was almost 5 so we didn’t have many other options. 6:10 (they close at 7) they come out and say the boss called it for the day and they aren’t doing any more tire repairs ??? We are just SOL? Seems that way. Terrible customer service.
Showed up at 5pm they close at 7pm, 4 cars ahead of me and couldn't get service.
I’ve been to Jacksonville Walmart 3 different times and waited 2 hours both times and still have no oil change. I’m trying to give Walmart my business but y’all wasting my time. I’m done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
