Do not waste your time or money here! Rude, unprofessional and completely disrespectful! Even the manager unless Blanche was lying and was not the manager, but she said she was! Bought a tire and paid them to put it on, 5 months later, flat tire, they tell me they have no repair kits so I will have to buy a new tire. Tire arrives they put on wrong tire at first and then tell me I have to pay them again to put tire back on, even though it was under warranty and had road hazard protection!
Fast efficient service today. Thanks!!
The tire service department was short-staffed when I arrived. There were four cars ahead of me. I was told it would be a three- to four-hour wait, but the wonderful tire service manager got some off-duty service personnel to come in on their day off. My appointment was for 11:00 am. I was out and at home by 12:45 pm. I always get my tires from Walmart.
I had an issue with my card the employee assisted me in paying for my services. He taught me a new way to make payments! Very helpful
