I arrived at 650am, 10 min before opening. The doors were open, and an attendant was sweeping near the podium. She said we're not open until 7, I said what time is it? She said 653. I said no worries I can move I just want to be first, because I have to go out of town after. She didn't respond. I moved. A TLE tech pulled up at 7, walked past me, I guess he went to clock in and put his uniform on. Simply the worst customer service I have ever seen. Manager is indifferent, most employees just don't care, though I have to say that the ladies at the cashier tried their best. Manager literally walked away from me when I asked to speak to his manager. Simply incompetent management and indifferent service, I wouldn't trust them and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I have had pretty good service at Walmart Auto Centers all over the country, but this one is just terrible.
The customer service here is non-existent. The wait to change one tire was two hours with nobody ahead of me. I wouldn't come back here even if the tires were free. Spend a little more and go to Mavis, it's worth avoiding the headache.
