I brought my car to the Prairieville Walmart Tire Super Center at 8:20 a.m. to check a flat tire. After waiting an hour and a half, they returned my car saying it was fixed, but as soon as I started driving, the tire was still leaking. When I came back, they finally realized there was a huge hole in the side of the tire that they had completely missed because they didn’t even put the tire in water to test it properly. Refused service due to not having “proper lift” to change my tire on my 93 ford ranger. Had 4-5 guys just sitting around in the shop doing nothing whole time I was there. Also let this dude check out back here without having a car in shop
This place is the worst of all. The men in the front desk doesn't know what a Dually means. We drove 40 minutes to get to the store and for them just to tell me that the truck is "too big".. if you don't know what a dully means don't work in a car related area.
