Refused service due to not having “proper lift” to change my tire on my 93 ford ranger. Had 4-5 guys just sitting around in the shop doing nothing whole time I was there. Also let this dude check out back here without having a car in shop
This place is the worst of all. The men in the front desk doesn't know what a Dually means. We drove 40 minutes to get to the store and for them just to tell me that the truck is "too big".. if you don't know what a dully means don't work in a car related area.
These people are incompetent, along with every other part of this store. It took them two hours to do an oil change and they weren't even busy, I had my battery cables and terminals cleaned, and they left the cables loose after they re-installed them. This caused my vehicle to not start, a few days later. I had no tools with me to fix the problem. Luckily, a good Samaritan stopped to help me. Beware of this place. Quality work or concern for their customers aren't a priority at this store.
