If I could give it 0 stars I would. Came here to check battery and maybe look into replacing it. Manager tells me that I need to take my battery out my car myself for them to test it as if I know how to do that, that’s why I brought it here in the first place. They finally took the battery out and I waiting for an hour and half just for me to have to ASK the technician for some type of update and he said that they were looking for a key to test the battery because they lost it. 0 communication and professionalism. I brought my car to the Prairieville Walmart Tire Super Center at 8:20 a.m. to check a flat tire. After waiting an hour and a half, they returned my car saying it was fixed, but as soon as I started driving, the tire was still leaking. When I came back, they finally realized there was a huge hole in the side of the tire that they had completely missed because they didn’t even put the tire in water to test it properly. Refused service due to not having “proper lift” to change my tire on my 93 ford ranger. Had 4-5 guys just sitting around in the shop doing nothing whole time I was there. Also let this dude check out back here without having a car in shop
