What's the point of an appointment when you don't follow it!! I checked in at exactly 11:20 and my appointment was at 11:30. The appointment was for 1 hour. When I asked why they haven't started with the service at 1:00 they told me in a rude way that there is nothing I can do. Like why not give out appointments where you can actually fulfill them!! Could have given ZERO STARS if I could!!! I literally had to wait for 3 hours!!

I like to do the oil change at any Walmart Center because they are fast and cool, and fair value, thank you guys for the labor.09/29/24 With the exchange of oil for scheduling it was very bad for me, because I always came to the store and did it, because I took advantage of Saturday and Sunday to do these services. So it is better to go to Valvoline to get more expensive 15 dollars, but in compensation 20 minutes change.

Honestly if I could put a zero I would. Went there for a tire repair at 740, since it’s first come first serve (you can only book appointments for tire and oil changes), and I ended up leaving at 1120. Around the 2 hour mark of waiting, someone eventually came over to show me it was a side wall puncture and would need to be replaced. I told them to go ahead, but for the next hour and half or so, radio silence. Nothing on the employees working but it's a horrible customer experience. I had an appointment scheduled at 5pm to have a flat tire patched. I only went here because it was covered under road hazard. I left at 8:15pm. The autocare center closes at 7. Please don't let people schedule appointments if they can't be completed in a reasonable time.
