Place closes at 7, drove up around 5:50 from West Tulsa, some dude tells me that they can't take anymore cars, because "we have more than an hour worth of work in the garage." They had one car on what looked to be a tire job. Don't advertise 7pm and close an hour and 10 minutes early, I was a tech, if I had done that shit I would have been fired for it.
I had the worst experience. I'd stay away.
Came in last month to have my tire fixed due to a nail or screw being in it. Received my car back and shortly after I had another issue with the same tire and brought it back to Walmart but a different location just to be told the first job was not done correctly and didn’t look like it was done by Walmart. Went back and forth trying to informed them it was in fact done by Walmart. Not sure why the tire was not fixed correctly. Kinda feel it was done the way it was due to discrimination.
Terrible service and slower than molasses. They took over 2 hours to install just 2 tires on my car and I had an appointment. They have an attitude that shows they just don't care about their customers. I won't be back.
