I know people are quick to complain. I am the opposite. When I have a great experience with a company or someone at a company, I want them to know how appreciative I am for the excellent customer service, being quick and efficient, knowing the job that needs to be performed and not over charging for that job. They squeezed me in and I appreciate the help.
Same experience as the woman below. The guy was so rude and condescending. He YELLED at me for getting out of my car to ask if I was in the right spot (as if this is homeland security??) and rolled his eyes at me when I told him I wasn’t sure about the year of my car. Sorry my dude, I’m not a car woman and my husband just scheduled this oil change. After that, I didn’t want him messing with my car and just left. I’ll go somewhere else.
Terrible check-in person. (a man logged in as Willow) Very rude and condescending. This has happened twice now. Very off-putting. I tried being kind in return but got more gruff attitude. In addition, there was only one other car before me. I only needed an oil change. But I watched other cars cycle through quickly. Mine sat in a bay basically untouched for more than an hour. I’ve taken my car here for years. Now I’m reconsidering.
