Scheduled appointment 230pm car didn't get into shop till 4pm didn't leave till 5pm. Techs were friendly. That should tell it all 🤷
If you looking for fast service this is Not the place to go . They said the wait would be an hour or two but here it is over 4hours later but they did get it done and they were nice about it and did tell me they were backed up that day.
Absolutely horrible service and I will never be doing business here again. These techs wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them in the face. They didn’t fill the air in my tires but marked that they did, so I wouldn’t put it past them to not even change the oil and say they did. The manager I’m assuming is EXTREMELY RUDE. He likes to yell at people from a distance rather than talk to them like human beings and not be such a coward. They put the wrong oil in my truck I have a diesel truck and they had it as a gas engine and anyone that supposedly knows cars would know it was a Diesel engine. The so called manager told us oh it’s fine it doesn’t matter.
Don’t even think anyone works here.
