Flat out the worst experience the past few times. I was going to let the laziness slide at first. Needed tire pressure sensor changed. They was out so they said come back in a couple days. We came back to have all four the sensors replaced and they said that the tire tread was too low OK but all you have to do is break the bead on one side and put a new sensor in, whatever so 2 tires weren’t the best so we decided to go ahead and replace all four. I took a family members truck in to have a tire fix. I was informed that they were super busy and that the wait would be long. No problem, I had time. He asked if there were any problems beyond the tire and I told him that the only other major issue was the brakes. I’ve been needing to get them fixed but had to do the tire first. Took my car in because I had cords showing on a tire. They almost refused to replace my tire because a completely different tire was slightly smaller because is my spare tire. They said they wouldn’t work on my car unless I bought 2 tires instead of the one I had originally requested. I’m 9 months pregnant, by the way. So they would rather let me drive off with cords showing on a tire which is way more dangerous than drive on a spare tire.

Price of oil change with full synthetic Castrol oil was good! The wait time for service was reasonable. The bad: was the guy checking me in - I could hardly understand him; they dirty hand prints on my arm rest, door pull, steering wheel. They also did not reset the "oil change required” warning message that pops up when you start the car.
