My tires were covered by a warranty. I took my vehicle in to a Tulsa Walmart two weeks ago, and they patched it for me under the warranty. The patch failed, and I took it to this Walmart, to which they charged me full price, even with the warranty. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I took my 82 year old grandmother here to get an oil change. It being my first time, I did not pull into the right waiting line. While associate #1 was in my window telling me to move, associate #2 walked up to the passenger side window, slammed his fist into it and screamed to move. This terrified my grandmother and was completely unnecessary because associate # 1 was already relaying that information with no grief from me. The service manager, Andrew, along with Dexus and Angel, were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The team's expertise was truly impressive, and they provided outstanding assistance throughout the process. I highly recommend Walmart Automotive for their exceptional service.
Mo and the guys out in the service center are always so helpful and listen to your questions and answer them to the best of their ability. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who does.
