The guys have no customer service that ive experienced recently there used to be an awesome male manager a female manager angel does good customer service and a heavier set bearded guy who i hugged after tires he was awesome but over the last 5 years more often than not the ones writing tickets or servicing are so rude and impatient a decent tone would go a long way towards maintaining customers instead of driving them away
My tires were covered by a warranty. I took my vehicle in to a Tulsa Walmart two weeks ago, and they patched it for me under the warranty. The patch failed, and I took it to this Walmart, to which they charged me full price, even with the warranty. I asked what would be the point of even having a warranty, and the worker pretty much said there is none. I am from out of town and these guys got on it!
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I took my 82 year old grandmother here to get an oil change. It being my first time, I did not pull into the right waiting line. While associate #1 was in my window telling me to move, associate #2 walked up to the passenger side window, slammed his fist into it and screamed to move. This terrified my grandmother and was completely unnecessary because associate # 1 was already relaying that information with no grief from me. The service manager, Andrew, along with Dexus and Angel, were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The team's expertise was truly impressive, and they provided outstanding assistance throughout the process. I highly recommend Walmart Automotive for their exceptional service.
