Went in for two new tires for the front. Told them to rotate them afterwards so the new tires would be on the back and was told that was "standard policy." I also told them to PLEASE not roll up or down the driver side windows as they're both broken. After they pulled my car out of the bay I can see them YANKING on the windows trying to get them to go back up after I specifically said NOT to mess with them. Went in today for an oil change and they were able to get me in on a Saturday which I appreciated! Although the techs out in the bay seemed tied up in their own conversations. Was slightly uncomfortable but they didn't necessarily do anything wrong, just no "hospitality". Stephen and Joshua did go out of their way with kindness. If I remember correctly, it was Stephen at the counter who had great interactions with clients while I was waiting in line and I appreciated them for being kind and patient with a smile on their face... read more

I have always had such great service at this Walmart! I started getting oil changes here and today I needed tires. My tires were getting old and then I picked up a metal tool which caused a flat in one of them that was too large to do a simple repair. Because I needed a new tire I decided to replace all 4 because they were getting worn (they were all 6-7 year old tires). My service today was very fast.
