I’ve been trying to get ahold of the auto center for 3 weeks now and they have never once answered. The past 3 days I have tried other depts such as Electronics, HR, even the main operator line and none of them pickup! I stayed on until it gave the generic Walmart message that everyone was busy. Super strange.
Great place I always have my tires done here.
Been here thirty minutes and one car was in the bay and came in for tire rotation and yet to see the car drive in yet, like what is going on seriously I'm fixing to cancel and have to do it myself even tho I paid them my hazard warranty when getting new tires I won't make this mistake again with Walmart I'm honestly irritated I have other things to do.. I could have had them swapped myself in this amount of time they are taking no wonder you guys are lower rating for your auto section..
