They over tightened and cracked my oil filter causing it to leak all over. Never timely and never any workers inside to help. Save yourself the stress and don’t come here at all!
Went in with my own tires to get them mounted. Website says $18 per tire. Store says $11 per tire. No where does it say that the "mandatory lifetime rotation and balance" of $15 per tire is a separate charge. I understand disposal and valve stems are obviously charged extra for, but was not aware that I'd be paying over double the advertised price per tire until AFTER the service was completed. If I would have known that I would have given my money to a local tire shop.
I usually don’t leave reviews. I was rudely turned away at 6:22 for an oil change. Although the time says they close at 7pm. The attendant even had the audacity to lean on my car. Just disgusted and appalled at this kind of service.
They didn't honor my appt time. Additionally, previous visits, they significantly overfilled my oil. They are the cheapest deal in town for an oil change, but not worth the $20 cost savings.
I took my car here to get my winter tires put on they didn't clean up the edges of my rims at all so all 4 tires had rim leaks after. They put clip-on weights on the outside of aluminum rims which you're supposed to use adhesive on the inside of the rim so 1 of them fell off right after. I came back when I had time and they said they wouldn't do anything for me because I didn't get the "Road hazard warranty". So I had to go somewhere else and pay more money on my tires. Do not let Walmart workers touch your vehicle.
