My appointment for tire install was set for 12:00 showed up early as requested, paid for the tires on the website the night prior to bringing it in it is currently 1:47 and my vehicle is not even in the shop but I recieved an automated text that it’s in for service.
Couldn't get my tire changed because they didn't have the proper socket which was a 20MM SMH.

Scheduled the full service oil change. Afterwards I checked the read out to see if they inflated the tires to proper level. They were inflated up to 39 Psi, except for one at 38. While the tires say they have a maximum Psi of 40, the Psi for the vehicle is 30. Printed on the door. Since that was also the cold reading, once I got it on the highway for a half hour and they warmed up, the Psi would have been well over the max tire pressure of 40.
