I wont use walmart for tires again. I had michelin tires installed and found out they were installed with known defects only found by another tire store. New tires installed with a bad balance and a broken TPMS at Walmart was gonna let me leave with. If Walmart is reading this, I would like to give you back the tires and get a full refund. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they can’t fix my tire and it’s going to have to be replaced. I had no idea I would be waiting that long for them to look at a leak in a tire. If they would have just taken a look when I got there I could saved myself from wasting 3 hours just sitting in a Walmart waiting room. Was not communicated with at all. Very upset.
I went in to get my tires replaced and when I got my car back the tires were already a bit rusty and they had drained my coolant that I put into my car the week before the appointment. The only good thing about them is that they're cheaper than other places but one older female employee is prone to unnecessary sass towards customers.
Both mason and the tire tech Zach were awesome quick service they fixed the tire right away
Went in to have a tire patch and called ahead to make sure they could patch it because the tire has a plug in it. The lady I talked to said that was fine and I had to wait two hours. I said ok and waited two hours later only to have them call me and say they couldn’t patch it because of the plug I had put in it. What am I suppose to do, just drive around with a hole in my tire?
