Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they can’t fix my tire and it’s going to have to be replaced. I had no idea I would be waiting that long for them to look at a leak in a tire. If they would have just taken a look when I got there I could saved myself from wasting 3 hours just sitting in a Walmart waiting room. Was not communicated with at all. Very upset.

I went in to get my tires replaced and when I got my car back the tires were already a bit rusty and they had drained my coolant that I put into my car the week before the appointment. The only good thing about them is that they're cheaper than other places but one older female employee is prone to unnecessary sass towards customers.

Went in to have a tire patch and called ahead to make sure they could patch it because the tire has a plug in it. The lady I talked to said that was fine and I had to wait two hours. I said ok and waited two hours later only to have them call me and say they couldn’t patch it because of the plug I had put in it. What am I suppose to do, just drive around with a hole in my tire? Brought my car in for tire rotation and oil change and was told I'd be out in an hour. Instead, the car sat in the bay for 2.5 hours while the technician walked around changing his gloves and washing his hands repeatedly. Very frustrating experience.
