We just order tires from Walmart. They can’t even handle that. Being a mechanic this place is a joke and people should be aware that this isn’t the place to go for even as little as changing a bulb.
I wont use walmart for tires again. I had michelin tires installed and found out they were installed with known defects only found by another tire store. New tires installed with a bad balance and a broken TPMS at Walmart was gonna let me leave with. If Walmart is reading this, I would like to give you back the tires and get a full refund. I paid over $1500 for tires and i have had to come back multiple times and the problem is still not fixed. Customer service is terrible and wait times are extremely long. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they can’t fix my tire and it’s going to have to be replaced. I had no idea I would be waiting that long for them to look at a leak in a tire. If they would have just taken a look when I got there I could saved myself from wasting 3 hours just sitting in a Walmart waiting room. Was not communicated with at all. Very upset.
