I have been here for over an hour trying to purchase a battery. The manager left without another manager being on duty so now me and several other customers are just sitting here wasting all of our time. All we want to do is get our items purchased and go home. There is no manager is here and we need to get our items purchased. The district manager and corporate needs to do something about this now. This is a true disappointment to montgomery Al and Walmart.
I usually take my car to Jiffy Lube but decided to try Walmart since I just moved here. Jiffy Lube checks all the fluids and filters and I asked the Walmart cashier if the guys usually check the air filters and she said yes, but when my car was done I asked the guy that delivered my car to me, if they had checked the air filter. The guy said no so I didn't know if it needed changing or not...I guess I will have to make sure they do it next time.
No one could even be bothered to answer questions. Won't ever be going here for sure. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Made my appointment for 7 a.m. - was there at 6:50 and the dock was still closed at 7:20. I called into the store 5 times before anyone would answer. Then when I did get an answer the lady told me that it would be after 9:00 before anyone would be there and just hung up without an explanation. No sorry for the inconvenience or an apology. This is unprofessional at the highest level. Well - it is WalMart - rude and crabby employees. If I wanted a 9:00 appointment - I would have made it for that time.
This location is severly undestaffed and you cannot just drop in for service due to staff shortages or staff not showing up to go to work. I was told to go online to get an appointment but I see you cannot make an appointment online unless you buy their tires so I was told to schedule an oil change to get the tires installed which I appreciate knowing this but Walmart does allow for installation if the tires are brand new from another organization you purchased from.
