DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT go here if you want quality costumer service! I have been here twice and both times they have not completed what was paid for! Today they let a costumer drive away on an unsafe tire(tire coming apart) after sitting at the store for over the hours dealing with an online order that was not delivered.
Stopped in for a battery test, and ultimately a battery replacement. Fair pricing and a quick turnaround without an appointment.
Had my 2 front tires replaced. Took 3+ hours. They didn’t rotate the old tires forward, which is a safety hazard, so I had to wait even longer for them to fix that.
I had an 8:30 oil change appointment the morning of Saturday, October 18th. Only 1 other vehicle was there already getting an oil change in the 1st bay, and I was asked to pull up to the 2nd bay. I requested the Valvoline Restore and Protect oil, since that was used for my previous oil change. The gentleman went into the garage area to verify it was in stock, which it was. So good and so fast!! I went to Take 5 in the past, never again! This Walmart appointment was blocked for an hour. But they checked everything, topped off my tires, changed my oil and wrote down everything in detail in LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!!! I’m now feeling much safer for our big trip this week! Thanks again!!
