Needed a tire replaced for my trailer, had it off and in the back of my truck and they just leave me setting out in the parking lot for over 10 minutes without even getting my info. Guys walking around with their hands in their pockets. I just took my business elsewhere, I’m sure it didn’t bother them at all.
DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT go here if you want quality costumer service! I have been here twice and both times they have not completed what was paid for! Today they let a costumer drive away on an unsafe tire(tire coming apart) after sitting at the store for over the hours dealing with an online order that was not delivered.
Stopped in for a battery test, and ultimately a battery replacement. Fair pricing and a quick turnaround without an appointment.
Had my 2 front tires replaced. Took 3+ hours. They didn’t rotate the old tires forward, which is a safety hazard, so I had to wait even longer for them to fix that.
