Helpful, Honest, and Compassionate Service I came to this Walmart Auto Care Center on a weekend after a routine oil change at another shop went terribly wrong. Not long after getting home, I noticed oil gushing from my oil pan, but the original mechanic was already closed. Their prices are good but they’re slow and customer service is also slow and lackluster. Only good if you’re busy for several hours and can drop the car off then pick it up later.
They were slow to respond, they provided poor service, and they brought in others who were after me. The service was so bad that I had to go somewhere else for the oil change.
