Lazy people working here, I arrived on time nobody was in the front desk, after they received my car they called me to ask if I could go to another store and get the oil filter because they ran out, when I came back and leave my car for oil service the system sent me the notification that my car was ready in lest that 3 minutes I was there but nobody in the area again, I waited for more that 20 minutes even the lights were off, I found the auto care guys hanging out in the middle of the store 0 customer service, 0 kindness a... read more
Great service
Quoted me 45 mins to an hour, didn't even pull my car in until we'll after the hour mark. Not because they were busy or anything, there was literally 1 car in front of me, but because EVERYONE left for lunch. Lunch is cool and all, but maybe stagger it? Or maybe quote the time correctly knowing every single person is gonna go slack off for the next 45 mins?
Multiple times i showed up for an oil change and they've denied my even during bussiness hours. So you have to make an appointment just to get an oil change. Then today they told me an hour and a half and i wait almost the whole time and come to find out they won't change my oil because my car is "too dirty". Never again don't take your business here!!?
