Las dos últimas veces que he ido muy mala experiencia la primera vez me hicieron esperar dos horas para un cambio de aceite aln que llevaba cita La segunda vez me dijieron que no tenían el filtro de aceite que si queria ir yo A comprarlo al autozone se a eso se dedican como no tienen filtros Pero bueno dije está bien fui y lo compre y se los lleve a la hora de pagar me digieron que no me lo iban a pagar lo que yo gasté y además me cobraron lo mismo y no se me hizo Justo no vuelvo q ir ahí y no lo recomiendo
Lazy people working here, I arrived on time nobody was in the front desk, after they received my car they called me to ask if I could go to another store and get the oil filter because they ran out, when I came back and leave my car for oil service the system sent me the notification that my car was ready in lest that 3 minutes I was there but nobody in the area again, I waited for more that 20 minutes even the lights were off, I found the auto care guys hanging out in the middle of the store 0 customer service, 0 kindness a... read more
