Was in Syracuse for the weekend to visit family, drove up from Long Island. Went for an oil change. Drove back to Long Island and noticed that my car was leaking oil, turns out Walmart failed to make sure the drain plug was secured on the oil pan, car was leaking the whole time from Syracuse to the drive back to Long Island. Very dangerous and very disappointed with the service.
My tire kept going flat so I brought it in. They fixed it and I haven't had an issue since. It was months ago. They were kind and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything. I did need new wiper blades which didn't cost much and they put them on for me. Thank you!
They cracked my oil pan. I told them my car was leaking oil after the oil change. They told me to come down and take a look and then said that they didn't do it. My my mechanic at a different store said that they overtightened. The bolt Ended up costing me $750 just for a oil change.
Spare yourself the headache and go anywhere but here. John the older gentleman at this location is the most unprofessional and uneducated individual. 9 months after purchasing tires and road hazard warranty from this location I caught a nail that made the tire not repairable. The tire is out of stock so per industry standard for AWD and 4wd vehicles they would have to replace all 4 tires with a comparable one.
