Spare yourself the headache and go anywhere but here. John the older gentleman at this location is the most unprofessional and uneducated individual. 9 months after purchasing tires and road hazard warranty from this location I caught a nail that made the tire not repairable. The tire is out of stock so per industry standard for AWD and 4wd vehicles they would have to replace all 4 tires with a comparable one. Really good service they let me service my car 2 hours before my time
I got my car in the shop for electrical issues a week ago . They always do a full rundown inspection with service . When they looked at my oil they said FULL but a bit dirty. Fast forward a WEEK later , time for a oil change. I went to Walmart because I was in a rush. I get it changed, drive for a couple days hear like heat bubling . The Service Manager Scott got me in for an emergency tire repair, then informed me the service would be free because I'm a Walmart + member. All around great service, I will be back!
They made sure my work was done quickly and correctly. Be kind to these folks!!! They are good at what they do, but most days, they are overwhelmed with ALLOT of work to do
