Husband and I had two consecutive oil change appts booked for 1:30-2:30 and 2:30-3:30. The first appt went smoothly, no issues. However, upon returning at 2:55pm (there is a thirty minute arrival window) so that puts the latest arrival time at 3pm. After my husband visibly stood in the rain waiting for 10 minutes at the entrance, the employee said that he was past the 30min arrival window and would become a walk in oil change instead of honoring the appointment and would then have to wait behind 5 other cars being serviced. ... read more
Today visit was good don't recommend oil change because they messed mine up and blowed the motor
Tire work here is thorough clean and trusted. I'm never buying tires anywhere else.
