Stood for 15 minutes waiting for anyone to help and I'm disabled and have trouble standing for any amount of time.....Surrendered to the incompetence Wal-Mart and went home.
Even though they were told specifically I did NOT want them to rotate my tiers I was still charged for it.
Absolutely most terrible place to take your car for service.
The first guy that scheduled my appointment was very nice! However… when I went to drop my keys off to an older gentleman with glasses and a hat completely ignored me and wouldn’t help me, tried to tell him I only needed to drop my keys for appointment, went straight to the customer behind me… if I could give 0 stars I would…
Won’t even answer the phone!
