The first guy that scheduled my appointment was very nice! However… when I went to drop my keys off to an older gentleman with glasses and a hat completely ignored me and wouldn’t help me, tried to tell him I only needed to drop my keys for appointment, went straight to the customer behind me… if I could give 0 stars I would…
Won’t even answer the phone!
My tire issue was resolved in a timely manner. However, the team lead I interacted with seemed disengaged and lacked clear communication. I hope management invests more in training and customer interaction, as that would greatly improve the experience. This was BAD and all of the exchanged knowing looks in the lines was deafening.
I've worked with Walmart Automotive in Morristown twice. All staff are courteous & efficient. I had a tire replaced, done in a timely manner, they were informative on pricing. The 2nd visit I scheduled my oil change online. My oil change was also done in a timely manner, at a competitive price. Everything is clean & maintained. Pricing is hard to beat going through Walmart for routine maintenance services. Would definitely recommend.
Third time here. No one to be found, appointments are all booked or it takes 2 hours to get oil changed. I don’t know why it’s open.
