Worse place to go …. I had emergency and they didn’t even try help all they said sorry No …. I had my baby and kids with me and they didn’t care …. I went to a tire place Lehighton they help me less then 10mnt and charles me less too
I called first to make sure they had the bulb I needed for my car and they did. I was checked in pretty quick and was told the wait was 2 hours but I said ok because I had to have my headlight bulb changed. They did text me and they kept me informed on the progress unlike the Hometown Walmart auto center. They got done 45 minutes early and once they took my car back it was done quickly. 10 years I’ve lived in lehighton and these numb nuts have always given me issues. Oh you have awd oh you have 4wd we can’t give u only 2 tires or we can’t give u 1 tire even tho your brand new tire has had a blow out. I can do what ever I want with my cars as I please can’t count how many times I walked in thinking I was gonna have a simple time buying tires from these guys and walked out with tires on the other hand the only way I get Walmart to put tires on my car is by unmounting my own wheels and taking them to them unmo... read more
Worst manager of a tire dept anywhere! I wouldn't recommend this location to my enemies! Was told no appointment needed and showed up 1.5 hrs b4 they closed and the female manager said they don't have the time. Empty parking lot and 2 guys smoking out back but too busy to install 4 tires. Walmart really needs to reevaluate their managers. This one is terrible.
