I scheduled an appointment to replace my battery. I couldn’t make it, so I tried calling them to cancel my appointment and reschedule. I tried calling several times but they didn’t pick up. I then tried calling on several days all of next week to schedule an appointment but the no one picked up. If you can’t even book an appointment, what’s the point of having a service center.
Today I went there and they helped my car changed a new battary only cost $58+tax. $0 for Labor fee. I'm so soso happy to that! Unbelieveble! In china, we call those people "LeiFeng" that mean who can help the people doing some Meaningful and worthwhile things that don't need charge anything! And during waiting time around 1-2 hour, I can shopping at Walmart and lots stuff are cheaper than another. least, I got battart changed and lots stuff back. It's so wonderful!
