Ordered a tire online on a Thursday or Friday. The website said it would be delivered on Tuesday and we could schedule an appointment to have them install it so that's what we did. Tuesday morning I got a notification that the appointment had been cancelled because the delivery was delayed. My husband called and they couldn't tell him anything except he needed to talk to the manager. This auto place has amazing. They very kind guys that go out of they're way to help people . Never going anywhere else just Walmart! Thank you
Worst "customer service", foul attitude by "management"... Arguing in front of customers is ugly and pathetic. Service techs standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting & management arguing with co-workers.
I went to get an oil change at the walzam walmart on 19th of January at 9:15 and got turned away that they would not help me as a walk in, and old man there told me that so will not be going there again
