Took my car here for oil change and to get a new tire only needed one new tire… now all my tires are low on air and my car completely stopped on me and isn’t working Do not go here unless you want your car to stop working
I had a highly disappointing experience with an oil change at this Walmart Auto Care Center on October 12, 2025. This was my third oil change here, and while the first was fine, issues began with my second visit in June 2025 when they noted a rounded oil drain plug and my car started leaking. On this latest visit, I provided the correct drain plug for my 2020 Toyota RAV4, but the staff claimed it was "too big" and reinstalled the old plug without consulting me, despite knowing it was faulty. Always courteous, respectful, and helpful.
I arrive at 4:15 there are 2 customer service people one on the phone another trying not to make eye contact (and doesn't). The lady concludes the call and checks me in at 4:25. I get a text message stating they had checked my car in and if I would like additional services. After an hr of checking for updates I go to automotive desk and again no eye contact or service after 10 minutes I interrupt man to ask why I haven't been helped and if I can have my car.
