Oil change and headlight restoration. As of this writing we have been waiting 3 hours and we were the second vehicle checked in! Slow does not even begin to describe the service. These guys are obviously paid by the hour and really don’t care how long the make the customer wait. Plus we still have to go somewhere else to get the tire repaired because they couldn’t do the work due to Walmart policy. Translation: they want to to just buy a new tire, but Walmart doesn’t carry our size. This is ridiculous.
Today, I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center to get a flat tire repaired. The staff member took my information, got my keys, and told me I would receive a text when the service was completed. I mentioned that I would be waiting in the designated waiting area. About 10 minutes later, the same employee came back to inform me that my service was being canceled because the shop was closing early due to pending work. I was having issue with my tire order and the manger Ignacio and his reps just did a phenomenal job . Not only did they walk me through my order ! They made sure the tires I got are the proper tires . I ordered the wrong thing . They walked me through the exchange , they helped me order the right proper tire for my van .
