Had appointment at 5:30 and they didn’t release me until 7:30 pm
Worst experience, car tech told me my oil change was going to be ready in 30 minutes, no cars ahead of me, I did my shopping very quick and came back for my surprise the tech was working on other car, an hour pass by and they still not working on my vehicle, manager approached me and ask me if I was waiting for a vehicle and told him that I been waiting for my truck to get an oil change and that was an hour ago, and he told me if I had an appointment and told him I did not, after that he explained to me that their priority w... read more
