I was having issue with my tire order and the manger Ignacio and his reps just did a phenomenal job . Not only did they walk me through my order ! They made sure the tires I got are the proper tires . I ordered the wrong thing . They walked me through the exchange , they helped me order the right proper tire for my van . Very slow service! And poor customer service. The workers were waisting time talking when having customers waiting. This guy spends 2 hours and 20 minutes changing and balancing 4 tires! He is obviously getting paid by hour. He takes 30 seconds to puts his safety gloves on!
This shop goes above and beyond, Abraham is a rockstar. Our car died on the freeway and the team helped us determine what was wrong with it in order to get it fixed. I’d leave 10 stars if we could.
