I brought my truck to the Walmart Auto Service for a simple oil change. What should have been a routine service turned into an unacceptable experience. BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NOT ONLY WILL THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY ARE SUPER RUDE AND LAZY!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS SHOP!!!

Oil change and headlight restoration. As of this writing we have been waiting 3 hours and we were the second vehicle checked in! Slow does not even begin to describe the service. These guys are obviously paid by the hour and really don’t care how long the make the customer wait. Plus we still have to go somewhere else to get the tire repaired because they couldn’t do the work due to Walmart policy. Translation: they want to to just buy a new tire, but Walmart doesn’t carry our size. This is ridiculous.

Today, I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center to get a flat tire repaired. The staff member took my information, got my keys, and told me I would receive a text when the service was completed. I mentioned that I would be waiting in the designated waiting area. About 10 minutes later, the same employee came back to inform me that my service was being canceled because the shop was closing early due to pending work.
