They were busy, but I had my oil changed in a amount of time. They told me I would need an appointment to get my tires rotated. They were friendly, helpful and had a good attitude. I will come back here for my oil changes. There to all the men in the Walmart auto center.

Wrong number listed on Auto Care Center Google Maps page. Lady picks up and blames me. How about you list the correct phone number then. Waste of time after finally getting the right phone number from the lady they refused to answer multiple times. It’s like they don’t want to work. Horrible service.

Terrible customer service. went to Walmart for a tire service and was told it would take about 30 minutes. I ended up waiting over two hours with no explanation or updates. On top of that, the employees were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive when I asked for information. There was no apology and no sense of urgency. This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I recently bought 4 new tires online and them shipped to store. I booked a apt. earliest possible 7am and was on the road within the hour. The tires were and are great no issues other than going back to get pressure checked due to cold weather.
