5 stripped oil pan drain plugs on here shouldve went else where reviews are there for a reason beware of this place bunch of incompetent techs and managers stripped my drain plug bolt and then try to lie about it. My drain plug was fine before this staw away fron this place

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WITH A PURCHASED ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY*** Walmart Care Center at Americas says they are open until 7pm. I needed to replace a tire with my road hazard warranty on 3/27/25. I arrived at 6:20 pm. Keep in mind no one can anticipate a blown out tire. Well the tech finally strolled over and told me about 6:25pm, "They are no longer accepting work for the day." Mind you check the cameras. There was one car in the entire garage with the hood up.
