***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WITH A PURCHASED ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY*** Walmart Care Center at Americas says they are open until 7pm. I needed to replace a tire with my road hazard warranty on 3/27/25. I arrived at 6:20 pm. Keep in mind no one can anticipate a blown out tire. Well the tech finally strolled over and told me about 6:25pm, "They are no longer accepting work for the day." Mind you check the cameras. There was one car in the entire garage with the hood up. Sold my mom a battery for my car and when I went to replace it they said they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t the correct battery for my car. When I said they were the ones that sold it to me they were just rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it.
