Super bad service and experience. First of all I was greeted by Victor, I guess he was having a really bad day because he wanted me to check the oil level myself and told me that I didn'tknow anything about oil service, go figure... Carlos, the manager, was ok, but then I was told by a lady, dont know her name, that the drain plug was faulty and that's the reason why the oil level was low. Put new tires on in 15 minutes great
I never post reviews, but this was big deal. Went last week for a basic oil change. I had been there once and had a decent experience and went back. Got the paper work back all systems marked good. Few days later I start having issues and took my truck into the shop and I was told there was a big leak and my antifreeze reservoir was completely empty.
