Bought tires and had them shipped to store, easy to set up appointment and installation. Drove with them to San Antonio and back a few days later with no problems whatsoever, positive experience with technician.
My wife and I bought Michelins for her car, got a nail "too close" to the sidewall so wasn't repairable, thinking since we got the warranty it would be covered, NOPE! They didn't want to honor it since it was a "special order" tire and now that we got it repaired elsewhere and now need it replaced, much less do they even want to help. This should have been resolved the 1st time, not us trying to make it work and now have no options. Her car doesn't come with a spare so we're going to Martin Tire
