These workers legit have no idea what they are doing. I dropped my battery off 2 hours ago to charge. First lady said it will be ready in 1 hour... 2 hours go by and no text or call. I call back... the guy who answers said it would be another hour... so I wait another hour... I show up AGAIN!... They tell me another hour. Im about done with them. They'll tell you one thing and do another.
Took battery said battery was fully charged couldn't test took auto zone told posts had poor connection in battery took back to Walmart was told they couldn't go by AutoZone findings told again at Montana location second time nothing they could do took it to Montwood /Zaragoza location they exchanged it for me but will be last time ever buy car battery from Walmart
Was told the price they gave me over the phone included oil + filter for oil change and could do my vehicle. Showed up and was told they didn't have my oil filter in stock so I would have to buy it myself and come back. So I did that, went and bought the filter myself and came right back. Was told, before turning in my keys, I would be discounted on the price they gave me since I had to supply the oil filter myself. Do not recommend for battery purchases and testing. Purchased a battery from them over a year ago and it started failing. Went in and their tester claims it's still a good battery. Wouldn't replace unless it tests bad. Went to AutoZone and they tested it as a bad battery. Bought new battery from them and so far I've had no issues for a week now.
