Worst customer service, it’s an inconvenience that you’re here and making them do their job. From manager to guy in the back. If you guys hate your job that much, why do it? They don’t answer their phones, have you sitting in the lobby for 20 mins sometimes waiting for someone to check you out or show you any attention. Will claim they don’t have your oil or oil filters to get out of the work. I simply don’t understand. I’ve been coming for years and the manager now is straight trash and won’t give you a time or day.

3/15/26 Update: Wife had an appointment tomorrow, Monday, so had to get her tires rotated today if possible. Walmart finally did us good today. Canceled the Discount Tire appointment after the job done. Did an X pattern as requested. Everything good as far as I can tell. Showed up at 6pm, an hour before they closed, for an oils change. 2 guys working, 0 cars in the bays, not another customer in sight. Was told that they couldn’t take any more work for the day because they were short staffed. Then when I was sitting in the parking lot looking up where else I could take my truck, I see them out there closing up for the day. They just want to go home early

Stolen items!! I had scheduled an appointment for three and arrived on time, right off the bat it took a while just to find help, once we finally did we took our time shopping and by the time we got done the car wasn’t even in progress yet. After waiting around with three toddlers for a couple hours they were starting to get ansty reasonably so, we went to check the progress and all they had done within two hours was take the tires off and they were all gathered in front of the car messing around. When I showed up for the oil change they told me they didn't have my filter. To go and buy it and bring it back. I had scheduled the oil change days in advance, they should have contacted me prior as they knew they were unprepared. Terrible waste of my time!
