This is the worst auto experience I’ve ever had! I showed up was able to get right in and was told an hour to an hour and a half. I told him that was fine and wandered around the store for an hour and a half got my shopping done and had my cart at the back. I then continued waiting until roughly 2 hours had passed and asked them if it was gonna be done because I had to go pick up my kids from school. If you want a long wait and terrible customer service then this is the place for you! They could care less how long you wait and offer no apologies for the wait and just offer up excuses for their poor service. What a joke this place is. Do better Walmart Auto Center and remember a little customer service goes a long way.
Placed an appointment and when I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment, was told that they had 2 vehicles in the way they could not move and my appointment would be bumped out another hour past the original time. Will never use them again.
Can't get 2 tires put on when i arrived at 430. They close at 700. There are 2 cars In Front of me. And tell previous experience at the same location was just as bad. Waste of time
