Stolen items!! I had scheduled an appointment for three and arrived on time, right off the bat it took a while just to find help, once we finally did we took our time shopping and by the time we got done the car wasn’t even in progress yet. I used to come here for oil changes, but not anymore. I showed up and was told they only had time for the current customer because they were closing—information that’s not reflected in their posted hours. The store manager reportedly would have gotten employees in trouble if they’d done my oil change. When I came back the next day, I found new added charges, making them no longer the best value—almost $40 for a basic Quaker State oil change on my van. Tried Big O instead, and I’m glad I did!
They have a mobile device to help jump start cars but the employee working was too lazy to help me jump my car saying - "well it probably won't work" then why would they have it as an option to jump start the cars? Yes the ones in the packages aren't charged but they have ones already opened and charged. He just didnt wanna help
I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and after they were installed, I noticed that the date code indicated they were 7 weeks shy of 2 years old. That means that the tire life is already about 30% used up before I put the first mile on them. I've gotten tires that are 3 or 4 months old at install but have never purchased new tires that are 19.4 months old and being sold as new. Very disappointed. Penzoil 5w30 oil change for about $38. Took 45 minutes which was fi e as we just wandered around the store.
