Auto Center staff are HOPELESS. A family member stopped here on 10/27/21 to get tires rotated on a car he just picked up to drive to Washington. He checked in, waited, went to check on his place in line, and was told he was "not in the system." They supposedly put him in a second time, and gave him a piece of paper this time. After waiting some more, he checked a second time, again, he was told he wasn't "in the system," and put in a THIRD TIME.
