Great service
I scheduled an appointment yesterday for this morning for 2 new tires on my car one of them being a donut. I drove all the way there an hour away from me for them to tell me that they can’t change just 2 tires on a Subaru they have to do all 4 so I said so do all 4 they didn’t have all 4 okay well I can’t drive another hour on this donut why didn’t you guys mention this yesterday on the phone I asked well we didn’t know that you had a Subaru I said no you did I told you the year make and model of my car I also told you guys ... read more
Went to get tires installed. Ordered and paid online. Upon completion of the service I was being told I owed an additional ~$80+ for a rotation and tpms service. Was not informed of the service. Didn't sign off on any additional service and when asked why these services were done without an authorization all i was told was it was Walmart policy. Do not get scammed here. Coach Paul in the service center is an excellent bullshitter who will lie about which services are included in what you ordered.
