They don't tell you that your spare tire went bad after putting your new tire on.
I bought some new tires online for my truck. I spoke with Larry at the counter and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the tires shipped I was notified and I set up an appointment for installation and I did. When I arrived everyone I dealt with was very polite and friendly. The technician installing the tires verified with me about how I wanted the tires installed and he was also very polite and friendly and preformed his work 100% satisfactory.
