I don’t even want to put one star. They don’t even deserve that: This place makes me want to stop shopping at Walmart completely. Usually since there’s Walmarts everywhere I always go to them for tires. I popped a tire recently and took it in and got a new one along with tire rotations on Sunday. On Thursday morning it was completely flat. I had ran over a nail. I went in and they said there was not enough tread to fix the tire. That was 5 days old. The team is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great experience. I trust them with all of my tire purchases and oil changes because they consistently provide excellent service and pay attention to every detail. Ethen is especially outstanding—he is knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to make sure my needs are taken care of. It's refreshing to receive such exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate the care this team provides every time I visit.
My father-in-law blew 2 tires on his RV coming back from San Rafael Swell. One just before Salina and the other just out side of Gunnison. Called Spanish Fork Walmart Auto shop to see if they had tires for the RV. The guy said he was gonna check the back to see if they had any. 41 minutes later, I'm still left on the phone! WTH! I think my husband got to that Walmart and got the tire changed before I hung up!
I recently purchased new tires and had them mounted at Walmart Auto Care Center in Spanish Fork. Ethan, Aidan, and the entire team were outstanding. They clearly know what they’re doing, were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. The installation was done efficiently, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. I had a blow out on a front tire coming down Spanish Fork Canyon. It was 4:55 on a Saturday evening. Everywhere else told me they were closing. But to my suprise, Walmart told me to come in. They took care on me and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. Ken, Ethan, and David helped make a scary, bad situation feel quite a bit better. Thank you so much for your service.
