Was having an issue with my tire on a Sunday morning and I was thinking the tire would for sure be to zero by Monday. I ran over to the auto care center and Matt came out and figured out the issue quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and a lifesaver. Thank you Matt!!!
I got an oil change there and was concerned about the paperwork that they handed me. the paperwork claimed: the tires were filled up to 35, they were still at 27, the oil light was reset, it was not, etc. if they are checking boxes without actually doing the thing for less important matters, how do I know that they are doing the important things
Don’t go here. They don’t prioritize their customers at all. My husband had to make multiple appointments in a single week because they would make him wait an hour or more, then would just leave and would tell him they couldn’t do his car. Multiple times! They don’t answer the phone either so you can’t get a hold of them. They also told my husband to “just go to Discount Tire”. That said plenty to us. They don’t care about the business at all.
I have road hazard with Walmart and discovered I had a nail in my one of my tires today. I have to drive 200 miles south in the morning, so I went to Walmart in Springville, only to be told they’re booked for the rest of their shift with appointments and booked until noon tomorrow. I left and went to Spanish Fork where I was told they the same thing. What is the point of having road hazard for protection (pre-paid in advance) when they can’t squeeze you in, in an emergency. They forgot to replace the O-ring on my oil filter. My wife drives the car away and it starts smoking because oil is spilling into the engine. She pulls over and shuts it off. A battery that started the car just fine all of a sudden can't unlock the doors and after several hours on a charger still won't hold a charge. They won't pay for a battery because it's "completely unrelated" to the oil spilling all over my engine.
