Wow, I don’t know if the management has changed or if they’ve lost every competent employee, but the Auto Care department has become a total joke. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. And most importantly, don’t trust your vehicle in the hands of a bunch of guys who clearly hate their jobs and will do anything to not work. My appointment was at 10:30 for a standard oil change and from what I can see,my car is still out in the parking lot and not being worked on. This is extremely disappointing,since all other times I've come, they get it done in 30 minutes or less. This is an incredibly disrespectful waste of time for the customer and dishonest on the auto center's part. What is so difficult about honoring the appointment time?
Went in for an oil change. Paid for a new Air filter. Went home. Looked at it. They didn't change it. I am even doubtful they changed the oil filter. Do not Trust Walmart to work on your vehicle.
Hit and miss. Sometimes they are super helpful, other times I never want to go back. I had a tire install appointment for Saturday morning. Got there 5 minutes early 7:55am). 1.5 hours later, I’m still waiting…when I asked what was taking so long, they had no response. Said it will be another 30 min.
I don't know the name of the guy who helped me today, but really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful he was! I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!
