Guy was just a jerk kept talking down to me and then just walked away from me just straight up refusing to help me.
I scheduled an appointment for my oil change first thing in the morning. They said it would be about 30-45 minutes, so I decided to wait. After an hour they said they were still working on it, but it would be done soon. However, the guys were all goofing around, laughing and not working at all, including the manager or supervisor. Worst experience ever called and made an appointment the person on the phone took my information he said the next available appointment was at 4:00 p.m. he took all my information to schedule me at 4:00 p.m. and then said his system crashed halfway through and the only time it would let him schedule me an appointment is 3:00 but not to come in at 3:00 because that appointment is already booked to come in at 4:00 he would tell everybody in the shop to make sure that I get my oil changed today I had to take off work to get thi... read more
Was having an issue with my tire on a Sunday morning and I was thinking the tire would for sure be to zero by Monday. I ran over to the auto care center and Matt came out and figured out the issue quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and a lifesaver. Thank you Matt!!!
I got an oil change there and was concerned about the paperwork that they handed me. the paperwork claimed: the tires were filled up to 35, they were still at 27, the oil light was reset, it was not, etc. if they are checking boxes without actually doing the thing for less important matters, how do I know that they are doing the important things
