Like I said on the main Walmart part for this store I didn't know it took almost 3 hours to do an oil change but most other companies like Mavis Take5 and others only take 10 to 45min
My experience with this Auto Care have been different at various occasions. I took my SUV twice this month to install tires. Both times my experience was great. Let me give you my advice for a good experience. If your car needs tires buy them online at Walmart.com and have them shipped to the store. Make an appointment online to have them installed. I took my car in to get my tires fixed (one had a fast leak and the other a slow leak), and I left with both of them in worse condition than what I came in with.
Pay a little less and wait a little longer.
If you get an oil change from here. Make sure they do great job and that the filter is placed correctly. I’m not a satisfied customer at all. I took my car here for oil change and our way home I got stranded and find out all the oil came out. I was told by Walmart auto care center supervisor that one of mechanic didn’t put the filter in correctly that is why all oil came out and then we find out my car won’t start at all because my engine was died due to all the oil coming out!
