This is a little overdue, but Walmart auto care in St. Cloud has been so good to me. I’ve traveled through several times over the past several years and every time I stop in Bill and I think her name is Donna are always incredibly helpful. Bill always stops when he knows there is an emergency to get you to safety so I really really appreciate him, especially and all that he does to take care of everyone. Booked an appointment online for full synthetic oil change, price was 56.00 .upon arrival, I was told that they were out of that particular oil .So they said they only have the premium oil change for 64.00.I told them to go ahead and do oil change. The associate told me that they were out of the full synthetic regular oil for some time .However on the walmart website, it still let's you choose the regular full synthetic.My concern here is they still have it online and they have been out for a while. Tire staff has horrible service. "Techs" doesnt know the decal on the vehicle is the minimum standard and the supervisor never inflated a tire in her life. You dont have to have passenger tires on a pickup. If you are hauling a heavy load passenger rated tires will blow.
Never answer there phone! Horrible
