Just came to the Walmart to get my oil changed and was greeted by very rude auto technicians. When talking to me they called me bud and very rudely They asked if I had an appointment and when I told them I didn't they said they couldn't help me. There were three techs standing there doing nothing,and when I called to get an appointment nobody answered the phone.. Tuesday March 4th 1pm. I would advise any and everyone to steer clear of this business they clearly do not care about the customer.
I drove all the way over here because I wanted to get my engine air filter replaced and my Walmart on Iron Bridge or Hopkins does not have an auto service center. It says online that they don't close until 7 PM. It's 3:30 PM. They told me they didn't have technicians to do it today...
Davon, Michael, and Mark were super helpful even though they were SO busy this past weekend when I came to get new tires before the snow. Thank you, guys!
