I had a really disappointing experience at Walmart Auto Service. A few weeks ago, I had a tire changed here, and when I went to my mechanic today, I learned they had installed the wrong tire size and didn’t do the balance they said they would. Unfortunately, the team lead, Melissa, was not friendly or attentive, she seemed distracted, taking phone calls and helping another customer while I was waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I expected much better service and attention to detail.
my partner took my car here for a basic oil change and to change two tires. she made an appt online for 12pm and was notified it would take about an hour. when she arrived, the lady at check in asked which two tires she wanted changed. my partner told her there was a nail in one tire and to put the other tire on whichever one needed it the most after that. instead, the lady typed (verbatim) “she don’t know which tires she wants changed” as the response and didn’t bother to mention the tire that has a nail. she also let the l... read more
The worse experience even the manager they don’t know what they doing they act slow and the manager ain’t even wanna help don’t go here then wanna tell everybody to make a claim no your worker messed up bad
Got tires replaced here. They broke a wheel stud. Discovered this at our state inspection and it cost $800 to repair.
Martin helped me with my broken down car after hours after he happened to see me trying to replace my battery in the parking lot. He was genuine and thorough, like a caring neighbor. I'm so happy to meet people like this, it's what Richmond is all about. He seems like an amazing person and I hope he gets a raise or promotion.
