Called am asked if they had the tires we needed and they said yes. When we got there they said "oh I guess we didn't" . Happened at 3 walmart that day. It gotten to the point that Walmart is never worth going to for anything
Extremely disappointing experience getting an oil change. Coming here was the worst decision. The staff was incredibly slow and unresponsive. I waited in line for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or even asking why I was there. Another customer ended up leaving because of the long wait and lack of service. It didn’t even seem like the staff was doing anything. This location clearly needs better training and customer service. Very frustrating I end up leaving to with getting a service!
Couldn't install tires. Didn't have tires in stock, so had to order and wait then brought the truck in just to find out they couldn't put the tires on the truck
I have had a terrible experience taking my car to this Walmart auto center. I previously had used them for an oil change and had no problems. This time I went in to have my battery replaced. When I started my car up afterwards my check engine light was on. Went back inside and spoke to one of the managers and he said that they can read the code to see what is causing it. Then he comes back and says that they apparently can't find their code reader at all?! Tells me to go to AutoZone and if something is wrong to come back. Af... read more
Slow!! Took an hour to get my car started and I was the only car in line. Terrible walmart
