If I could give a zero start I would. Excessive wait time even if you have an appointment. I waited hours. Was told I had to wait back in line after getting my oil change to get tires rotated after I have already been waiting for hours. Poor communication. The guy who greeted me kept addressing me a "boss". Why are you calling my that. Just weird and very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
The oil change for the price is not bad but it takes longer to check out than it is for an oil change. There are two counters but no one ever there and you have to make a run to look for someone to hand you the keys
I am not sure why this location has the negative reviews. I purchased my tires from Walmart in California last fall. Recently, I drove across the country to visit friends in Hurst. Friday, 5/29/26 about noon, I visited this location for a tire rotation. The young man greeted me with professionalism and friendliness. Gary met me at my car, found my account on the Walmart app and professionalionaly changed my tires. I would definitely return to this location for further services.
Very disappointed with Walmart Auto Care Center. A simple oil change took way too long, and there was no communication or updates. Poor service overall.
Came here to replace my battery was worried going alone but they were quick and efficient :)
