Purchased a set of tires and they were installed with a tire rotation. Service was great and everything was explained in detail. Shout out to Tech Aung for progreat customer service.
0 star. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We waited over an hour just to speak to someone before they even started helping us. A simple tire service should NOT take hours. Save yourself the frustration and go to Discount Tire.
Absolutely terrible service. 50+ mins just to get someone to talk to me before they even started taking care of my car. Customer service is painfully slow, and there’s no reason a tire change should take hours. Don’t even bother with their tire insurance… you’re going to pay regardless, so what’s the point? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.They’re much faster and actually value your time. Never coming back.
If I could give a zero start I would. Excessive wait time even if you have an appointment. I waited hours. Was told I had to wait back in line after getting my oil change to get tires rotated after I have already been waiting for hours. Poor communication. The guy who greeted me kept addressing me a "boss". Why are you calling my that. Just weird and very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
