Beyond unprofessional! I had to wait for 10 minutes for help and 3 staff just looked at me and never came over. I went inside and asked this young boy if they were open and after ignoring me, I asked again and he said "Technically yes, but....." This is how a business fails. No one cares and no one is supervising.
Bought tires, but none of the techs showed up to install. Was in line with three other customers who’d already been bumped multiple days. Not sure why they’re selling tire appointments.
Somewhat limited selection of tires but for no fuss service definitely recommended.
Brooke help me with my three questions about oil changes and pretty much locked in a future Customer for the service center. She also promptly opened the lock to the Waste oil container, making it very convenient for me to get rid of used motor oil. Thank you!
