I can't ever come here again Ive wanted to like the convenience of shopping while I get oil changed or tires rotated but here there has always been a problem. Services take long and there has always been a mistake. From forgetting to put back my BRAND NEW snow tires back in the car, to now, the most unbelievable and outright engine destroying dangerous. Understaffed and the staff at the counter not trained for the department
You have no cars waiting no cars being worked on and you picked the cheapest oil change service and it still takes 45 minutes…. I don’t know what’s up with people taking all my time. With no other cars being worked on it should be 20 minutes 30 minutes max. So you think having me wait longer is Going to make me want to spend money at your store is not, It makes me realize I need to change my own oil because it literally should only take like 20 minutes and you guys are doubling it.
On July 9 I brought my car in to Walmart Damonte car care. with two separate tire issues. Charlie quickly and knowledgeably noted the problem was incompatible tires which were designed to turn in opposite directions. plus faulty tire indicators. After determining they were suitable Charlie changed my tires for me and replaced faulty tire pressure indicators at a fair price . He has my total confidence.
This crew was awesome! Service manager is funny and very friendly! Today was a busy day fir theses guys and they could have rescheduled me as my tire mount balance put them way past their close. I'm so very grateful for their customer service and diligence!
