Made me wait 2 hours just tell me it was “too hard” to change a headlight and refused service
Don't bother arriving for 7am when they claim to be open. The staff don't even arrive till 7am and they aren't ready to take any customers till 7:30!!! Walmart need.to have the.staff arrive an hour before customers so everything is ready to receive.
Consider this your warning: I would give them 0 stars if I could and I will not be back. I dropped off my car to have 1 tire replaced and requested that my 3 other tires be checked for leaks and filled up. I requested them to call me if they found anything wrong with my other tires so I could prepare for the total cost. the workers in the auto care center are so full of crap. I bought my tire through walmart solely based on the fact that they have an auto care center and can change my tire for me right? well apparently they don’t have the tools to take off lug nuts lol. how are you an auto care center but don’t have the 1 out of the 2/3 tools you need to take a tire off? what makes it better is that they’ve replaced my tires before, so I know that they actually do have the tools required. its frustrating because that’s the only reason I eve... read more
