I made an appointment at the auto center for an oil change days in advance. When I showed up for the appointment, the staff let me know that the auto center is closed until later this year, and that they have had people coming in every day with appointments only to be redirected. They suggested trying a different location. I made another appointment at the Kenner location for a few days later. I just called Walmart automotive center. The lady answer the phone answer the phone like she was doing something that she didn’t have any business doing. She answered the phone moaning saying stop and I bust out hello and she gonna say hello. I was like is this Walmart automotive center and then she gonna say Walmart automotive center.. like wow ….I said don’t worry about it baby don’t even worry about it. You cannot help me. Walmart have to stop hiring anybody that does not do their job properly losing business

I had an 830 appointment to have my tires checked. I got there at 7:30 and I couldn’t find the appointment that I made but he fit me in. I wanted to see what they would do about my 55,000 mile tires as I only had about 16,000 miles on the tires. I waited there for over two hours and they told me that it doesn’t go by miles. It goes by treads. I was so disappointed.

I had an appointment. I was told it was going to take one hour for my tires to be replaced. It took over three hours then I get on the interstate and my steering wheel starts, vibrating and shaking. I called and tell them what is happening they are rude and could care less.
