Got an oil change and they did not place the under body back in place correctly and it flew off while driving while another kept dragging. They claimed they wrote in notes that it never had clips in it. Mind you I was never told this face to face the day of oil change. Manager did nothing nor had any idea on what they spent one hour working on it to "fix it".
I love it here. I go here for auto repairs & Shopping. Best Wally World :) $60 for high mileage full synthetic oil. That’s it!
Please don’t bring your car into this jungle. Initially, you’ll be greeted by someone who seems clueless about tire services. I visited them for four tire replacements. They used the wrong lug nuts, which scratched my brand-new rims and left them loose. They also destroyed one of my TPMS sensors and left two tires leaking air. I returned to the store because my wheels were noisy and vibrating. The person there told me that this was “normal on new tires; make some miles and the issues will be fixed.” Are you serious?
