Please don’t bring your car into this jungle. Initially, you’ll be greeted by someone who seems clueless about tire services. I visited them for four tire replacements. They used the wrong lug nuts, which scratched my brand-new rims and left them loose. They also destroyed one of my TPMS sensors and left two tires leaking air. Oil change: in 2:43 pm out 4:55 pm one car ahead of me in the bay. The other bay serviced four vehicles while I waited. And so it continues. Oil change Appointment at 3:30 pm today. I was on time. It just got done at 5:20 pm. My car stayed in the bay for 45 minutes. Then the charge was $10 more than the price online before taxes. By that point I was too tired to argue. Just paid and left.

I brought in a singular rim, just 1 rim, had a flat, I left it for almost 2 hours and it wasn’t even touched apparently, but that doesn’t make sense when the tire bead was separated which it wasn’t before bring it, so they touched it and said it’ll wait, I said forget that and bought the tire and tuffy installed it in less than 20 min meanwhile they are slammed, I find it so funny because it’s not that hard to drop what you doing to do a single tire which will count towards your hour or pay and can be done in less than 30 mi... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would ... we replaced all 4 of out tires 4 months ago ... then we notice 2 of them have bubbled out and are unsafe to drive the store only has 1 in stock and puts our doughnut on ... we go to the farther Clermont location to replace the other bubbled tire and 2 days later its flat ... we fill it with air and 3 miles down the road we get a blow out on a 4 day old brand new tire .. and because we didn't pay the $13 warranty we canr have a new tire its 4 days old and bubbled again! I arrived at this store at 11:00 a.m. and stayed until 4:00 p.m. to have the two front tires on my car replaced. This must be a joke. While they were working, I noticed that all the employees stopped working so they could sing "Happy Birthday." Meanwhile, time was passing and I was running late for a job interview that was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. in Orlando.
