I arrived at this store at 11:00 a.m. and stayed until 4:00 p.m. to have the two front tires on my car replaced. This must be a joke. While they were working, I noticed that all the employees stopped working so they could sing "Happy Birthday." Meanwhile, time was passing and I was running late for a job interview that was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. in Orlando.

Amazing experience with Kenneth and Richard!! Our car was having serious problems after an oil change (crazy shaking and smells, couldn't get it up to speed), and they stayed after closing time to help us figure out what went wrong. They thoughtfully discussed the possibilities and took our concerns seriously. We eventually discovered one of the mechanics had just accidentally put the emergency parking brake on. The install team were attentive and fast. My car feels as sooth as new. Honestly, it’s one of the best tire installs I’ve had.
Had an appointment and Jodi I believe that is her name really helped me with all my needs. She was really nice and even though I had an issue with my appointment online she helped me with what I needed. She answered all my questions that I had about my car. The service to my car was fast with no issues. I do recommend this place.
