Set up appointment for oil change online. They got me right in. I Haven't been able to beat the Walmart app. For prices on oil changes. Even if I did it myself.
Had my wife's car towed due to a flat tire. Wife's and 4 kids needed assistance. Called ahead of time to make sure they can swap the tire. The staff were very rude to my wife, have 3 different prices and acted like my wife was a burden. Couldn't get the tire done that day cause they were closing early and wanted us to remove the car from the parking lot (tire down to the rim). Wife had to come back in the morning and was given another price and toss the keys at my wife and walked away.
Horrible service I had an appointment for 12:30 my oil change wasnt done until after 4:00. It cost $60 and the oil in my vehicle afterwards looks grayish black vs. The dark honey color it had before the change. DO NOT TRUST THESE CLOWNS WITH YOUR VEHICLE!
Reasonable prices however the wait is like an eternity
