My wife made a appointment to have tires replaced on my car at 5pm. I came in 20 minutes early and got checked in. My car didn't get pulled in until 6pm. It is now 6:53pm and my tires are still not changed. What's the point of an appointment if it doesn't save any time? I do not recommend. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
It’s Christmastime! Some people are in desperate need of batteries for their vehicles. Please DON’T tell my 66 year old mother that you have them in stock & she gets there you DON’T have them! SERIOUSLY???? What a waste. Definitely DO NOT come to this Walmart Auto Care Center to have anything done for your vehicle.
Very rude & certainly NOT helpful! Took my car in for walk-in service for a flat tire. Was told immediately that they wouldn’t have time (2:30pm) & need to make an appointment…. For a flat tire, but if I really wanted to I can check in with no guarantee that they would get to me. The guy asked me what was going on so I started to explain when another guy chimes in saying yeah we can’t fix it ( a simple nail in the middle of the tread of the tire) & wouldn’t even take the time to look at it before spewing rudeness.
