They are just okay. I've been there twice for tires. They don't try to push you other services. But at the same time, they don't make you aware of other services. Or other recommendations to better the life of your car they need to be more professional. So people could feel safe about leaving their cars there because they're in good hands. Of technicians that know what they're doing.
This Shop deserves 5 Stars !! Came all the way from Oceanside to get an oil change and it got done immediately with any hassle. Ask for Antonio he’s the best Expert!
Zero stars if I could rate them that. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Walmart Auto Tire Center. We ordered tires in advance and were told they would be ready by a specific date. Not only did they lose our tires, but they also failed to notify us or offer any clear explanation. To make matters worse, when we finally came in, they turned us away and said they “don’t work on Teslas”—something that is nowhere stated online or in the store. Schedule appointment but had a conflict with a doctors appointment that came up. No way to cancel the appointment online that I could figure out. Called them. Never answered. Their loss.
