The waiting it’s just sucks. 2 times I came for oil change. Line be like 5 people and no one in front to check out
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was sent to this Walmart from another location because their tire repair machine was down. After waiting at the first store, I came here around 11:30 AM to use my Walmart+ benefit for the free tire repair. I checked in at the auto care desk and explained the situation. The manager was standing right there and said nothing about any issues. Only once my car was about to be serviced did they tell me they don’t have the right lift for my vehicle. Awful and long waste of time. Went there only to get two tires mounted onto my standalone wheels and waited 4 hours with occasional checks to see where I was in line. After a VERY long wait I checked in one more time after the 4 hours and was told I was up next after bay 2 wad cleared, Once it cleared everyone in the shop was just chatting up a storm for a whole OTHER hour just like they did BEFORE the car had entered the bay originally.
