It was my first time, trying to get my oil service there, I have their Capital One credit card, so I do accrue points by going to their own business; I decided to give them a try. Got an appointment early in the day -I had to make a long line, just to drop the car-, and did not return until 3:30 to pick the car up. Normally we have had a good experience at this auto care center; however, we recently booked a tire installation and they cancelled our appointment the day of because of one of the tires "not arriving on time." Then, they let us know they all arrived after the original appointment time. This is extremely disrespectful after we had ordered the tires a while ago.
Bad service here you call them they said they don't know about it Mike and the old grumpy man here call customer service complain to them .. They don't care one piece in the phone when u get here they want to sell u double the price

Know where not to get a battery bc they cheaper lol didn’t have it 8 months n I have to bring it back
