I want to give high praise to the staff at the Walmart Auto Care Center for their excellent service. They performed a quick yet thorough oil change and inspection on my vehicle, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Most importantly, I want to recognize Service Technician Jose for his professionalism and attention to detail, and Service Writer Jacqueline for her friendly and knowledgeable assistance throughout the visit. Their teamwork and customer care truly stood out and made this a five-star experience.
Decided they weren't going to change my tires but did the oil change and texted me my truck was ready. Showed up, no new tires. The tires, they sold, weren't "factory recommended". Last I knew a "recommendation" was not a hard stop. They must not have gotten the memo. Never a call about the tires. No additional consult or attempt to upsell. Nothing but a text of "your vehicle is ready to be picked up". Very unprofessional. Will not go back.
Scheduled an oil change 3 days in advance. Came before service time only to be told they did not have the proper oil for my RAV4. Had to buy oil at another store and return to get the oil change. Why do you even allow people to schedule an oil change to be told it is unavailable? The oil type is very specific! Very disappointing!
If I could rate walmart tire center less than a one I would. It took Elizabeth, a manager, to fix the problem. I arrived one week prior and they inspected the tirento see if it met the criteria of being replaced. They told me that it did and to reorder the tire and come back and have it mounted. I arrived, one week later, with the tire at 1:45 , and I was told at 4:45 they wouldn't cover my rode hazard. I asked them why they couldn't have told me that when i arrived and asked them why am i bei g told something different this... read more
