Fast and efficient. Doesn’t seem like they are trying to rip you off
They never answer the damn phone!! I repeatedly reported this issue to Walmart and it has still not been fixed. I will just buy my tires someplace else, so Walmart loses out on the tires and all future oil changes and rotations as well.
Went in to get my "free" tire rotation, thought I'd get an oil change while there. Luckily I'd marked the tires, noticed they had not been rotated. Spoke with Jose, rude, unhelpful, said 1 of my tires was "damaged " because my truck needs an alignment. Really! Now all 4 of my $800.00 truck tires are out of warranty! Less than 4k miles on them, no indication from driving it needs serious alignment, had another tire shop check that tire, nothing wrong with it. What a scam!
