The lady Leslie thar is working in the auto care center was very rude she needs to retire if she doesn't want to do her job
Purchased four new tires for our truck online, paid for and scheduled installation at 7 a.m. so we knew we’d be done in time for work. When we arrived, they gave us the tires and told us they didn’t have the equipment to install the tires and to have a nice day. Didn’t refund us the install fee, didn’t offer to call other Walmarts to see if someone could get us in. They close at 7, got there at five and they refused to help me after I was confirmed to come in over the phone... absolutely ridiculous
Paid for two tires which were supposed to be in the next day and it took three days to get them in.
