you will get ignored if you’re waiting in line for 15 minutes then turned away for walk-in service or strong-armed into doing an appointment for another day. Clearly, this Walmart location doesn’t have their stuff together when it comes to Automotive services.
Absolutely amazing experience at Walmart Auto Care Center! I recently took my car to this Walmart Auto Care Center to get a full service done — new tires, an oil and filter change, and a quick inspection. I went to get an oil change. About an hour and a half into service I got an email that they canceled my order, I never received a phone call, I tried calling but they didn't answer, so I went back over there and they told me they couldn't get the oil filter cap off because the last place I got my oil change tightened it too tight. They told me they accept walk-ins before 8am. I pull up at 7:20am, well before 8, as instructed. Oil change garage is empty, yet they refuse to change my oil. We’re talking a 10 minute job. What a joke.
