DJ and Todd were super helpful to squeeze me in last minute. Huge shoutout to those guys. Everyone should come here.
They told me they accept walk-ins before 8am. I pull up at 7:20am, well before 8, as instructed. Oil change garage is empty, yet they refuse to change my oil. We’re talking a 10 minute job. What a joke.

They don't have a live queue, they only do oil changes by appointment
The service at Automotive department at this store is terrible. Sure you may meet a new hire who acts normal and care about his or her duties, but I seem to be less lucky in meeting such employees anymore. They don't seem to stick around much. I rather pay twice as much for an oil change, which I have to pay anyways, than having to waste 2 hours waiting for these guys to call me even with an appointment. There simply is no management or supervision in this department.
